Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within a days after we receive the proof of payment, All our order are shipped via The Courier guy and we will provide the tracking details, shipping charges are based on box dimension of the order, overnight delivery on smaller items, and economy 2-3 days delivery service on bigger items, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, all order are to be paid in full including the shipping charge before we can send the order out, we will ensure your order is well packed and protected from damages, please note if there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, please take photos and notify the courier
Return & Exchange
All sales are final, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us pictures and reason for return, you are responsible for the all return shipping cost, original shipping cost is not refundable, If correct item has been supplied with no issues, eligible returns are subject to 15 percent restocking fee will be taken of your fund, All items must be in the original condition and packaging with the proof of purchase (invoice), goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additonal cost, if a replacement is not possible, full refund will be given, please test fit the spoiler to ensure your are happy with the fitment before spraypainting, we will not be held accountable for labour and paint cost, we will not give a full refund if the parts has been used, If you receive a damaged or incomplete order please call us on +27114538039
